To neutralize alkyl sulfates, add dropwise (from a dropping funnel) to concentrated ice-cool Ammonia solution (Cat.No. 105426) with vigorous stirring. Before placing in container D, check the pH with pH Universal indicator strips (Cat.No. 109535).
